Complete in-house appraisals, rental analyses, and related valuations for a variety of other Suffolk County Units, including (a) fair market rental analyses for legislative offices and a variety of agencies, departments and divisions within the County, (b) fair market rental analyses for Parks Department, (c) other market analyses (rental, acquisition, farmland, development rights) at the request of Law Department, Department of Public Works, County Executive and others. The field reviews include an inspection ofthe subject property and all comparable sales utilized in the consultant appraisal report(s), in addition to any and all consultations with Town, Village, Board of Health, DEC, and other regulatory agencies.
