Property Disposal/Divestiture Processes, including Title 10 screenings, Federal screenings, McKinney Act screenings, Reports of Excess, specially-legislated transfers, National Historic Lighthouse Preservations Act transfers, Title 10 transfers (out), relinquishment to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), in-grant terminations, and sales via GSA utilizing the Coast Guard’s housing sale authority. At least 5 years of real estate acquisition, leasing, and disposal procedures utilized by the Federal Government, to include: Acquisitions, including transfers (BRAC-related Title 10 transfers), fee title purchases, leasing (direct and GSA), and other forms of ingranting, including licenses, permits, easements, rights of way/entry, and use agreements.
