This includes but is not limited to: floor care (mopping, sweeping, buffing, stripping and waxing), cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, separating recyclables, emptying garbage, wiping windows and walls, and cleaning stairways. Assist with apartment turn over following move outs to prepare apartments for new families, this includes plastering, sanding walls and painting; transporting resident and property to new apartment/unit.
