In partnership with the District Manager and Store Leadership Team, this role leads the location's financial and operational performance, including budgeting, financial reporting, profit and loss, donated-product quality, loss prevention, pricing, production, merchandising, customer relations, and community engagement. Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments, including retail, warehouse, and donation-processing areas, with exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, noise levels, dust, odors, and second-hand merchandise.
