Oversee HVAC systems and chillers, boilers, cooling towers, building automation and management systems (BAS/BMS), electrical distribution, generators and automatic transfer switches (ATS), plumbing, domestic water, pumps, compressed air, fire/life-safety interfaces, and central plant equipment. The Operations Manager owns the preventive and predictive maintenance program, directs daily work through MicroMain, and coordinates engineering and trades coverage so building systems operate safely and reliably during events and daily operations.
