Working in partnership with the Vice President of Academic Affairs, Divisional Principals, Assistant Principals, and faculty facilitators, the Director of Kupu Hou Academy supports the School’s commitment to build schoolwide alignment in the pedagogy of Deeper Learning across academic departments (K–12), learning frameworks, grade levels, and learning contexts. In close partnership with the Vice President of Academic Affairs, the Divisional Principals, Assistant Principals, and faculty facilitators, the Director of KHA plays a dual leadership role by: Leading high-quality internal professional learning at the direction of school leadership, including planning, managing, and implementing instructional coaching for both new and veteran faculty (70%).
