Performs general, routine custodial duties to include dusting (i.e., lockers, furniture, ledges, stair railings), mopping, vacuuming, buffing, stripping, shampoos, and spot cleaning of carpets, and waxing of classrooms, offices, hallways and community spaces and organization of storage rooms and closets. Physically able to perform the essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodations, including handling wet and dry mop heads, buckets of material weighing up to 50 pounds and the ability to climb ladders more than fifteen feet as well as ability to access lifts, scaffolding, man lifts, pallet jackets, boom equipment and use back-mounted equipment.
