The Registered Nurse (RN): provides direct patient care as prescribed by the physician and treatment team; provides medical management and assessment of patients; ensures environmental safety and crisis management for the patient population; directs the implementation of behavior management programs and ensure consistent carry-through; makes patient & task assignments to subordinates & monitor their performance of duties; provides training & education to staff, patients, families, & others; documents patient care, ensure that data is accurate, & that it is included in the master treatment plan via timely nursing care plan updates; works with the treatment team to provide a consistently therapeutic milieu. Operating acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient facilities and ambulatory care access points, an insurance offering, a physician network and various related services located all over the U.S. states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.
