Operating within a high-volume, 64-bed Adult Emergency Department managing more than 80,000 patient visits annually at an acclaimed academic medical center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and verified Level I Adult Trauma and Burn Center, this specialty role features a balanced 36-hour overnight schedule (19:00 PM – 07:00 AM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts guaranteed weekly). Supported by separate dedicated Pediatric ED and Clinical Decision Units, the adult emergency clinical team delivers rapid multi-system resuscitation, trauma triage, invasive hemodynamic management, and stroke interventions for acute trauma, burn, medical, surgical, and psychiatric emergencies.
