Skills: ED RN shall be responsible for patient triage and assessments, medication administration, performing and assisting with procedures; IV therapy, telemetry monitoring, discharges, external transfers, delegating to assistive personnel, electronic medical record documentation, patient transport, and emergency response procedures. The ED RN is responsible for managing patients across a broad spectrum of acute medical, surgical, psychiatric, and trauma conditions, including high-volume cases such as low back pain, chest pain, and essential hypertension, with viral screenings constituting a significant portion of visits.
