The PNP will carry a clinical caseload and participate in all aspects of clinical care for their patients including initial psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric follow up appointments, team rounds, and some peer-to-peer insurance reviews when needed. Skyway aims to offer an individualized, multidisciplinary treatment team approach wherein the staff psychiatrist will work with providers within many disciplines including but not limited to therapy, nursing, dietary, utilization review, and other administrative professionals.
