Essential Job Functions: Under the direction of the Medical Director and or acting as the Medical Director, provides history and physical new patient assessments, ongoing medication monitoring, ordering labs, medication management and discharge assessments of all clients. Maintains open communication lines with the Executive Director, Medical Director, Director of Nursing, facility staff, attending clinicians, clients and families.
