p>When determining a team members base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity). Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State, and current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State, required.
ul>Comprehensive Psychiatric Assessment & Diagnosis:- Conduct thorough initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments for individuals across the lifespan (or specify age range if your clinic focuses on adults/children only), including psychiatric history, mental status exams, and risk assessments.
- Collaboration & Coordination of Care:
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, primary care providers, and care coordinators, to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
