With access to more than 1,200 partner providers across 50+ specialties, six ambulatory surgery centers, comprehensive ambulatory services including imaging, laboratory services, physical and occupational therapy, and more, you have access to all the resources you need to provide exceptional patient care and perfect the practice of medicine every day. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling total target cash compensation that may be between $295,000 - $450,000.
The Psychiatrist practices within a collaborative care framework, partnering with therapists, advanced practice providers, primary care clinicians, patients, and—when appropriate—family members or guardians to optimize clinical outcomes.
These estimates are calculated using assumptions regarding number of completed visits per hour, CPT code mix, and utilization of add-on codes (such as 90833) when clinically appropriate and properly documented. *Estimated effective hourly earnings are for licensed Psychiatrists in Illinois and are illustrative estimates derived from modeled assumptions, not a guaranteed hourly rate, wage, or salary.

The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including years since terminal degree, training, and field or discipline; departmental budget availability; internal comparators; and external market pay for comparable jobs. Under the direction of the Department of Psychiatry Chair and the Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Division Chair, the Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric assessment and management of patients with co-morbid medical disease and behavioral problems.
