Psychiatric Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents presenting with complex emotional, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental challenges (including ADHD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, and severe trauma). Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Act as the core medical/psychiatric consultant for our clinical team, participating in case consultations and collaborating with therapists, mentors, and the Operations Director to ensure holistic client care.

Additionally, clinicians are eligible for quarterly bonuses of up to $2,000 (up to $8,000 annually), awarded based on defined metrics related to clinical excellence and care model performance.
