Within the Bridge Clinic, the psychiatrist will care for high-acuity patients transitioning from inpatient psychiatry, Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES), and community crisis settings, conducting urgent evaluations, providing medication management and clinical stabilization, and coordinating care with inpatient teams, PHP/IOP, community mental health agencies, and primary care providers. Faculty will participate in quality improvement, program development, and outcomes monitoring across ambulatory services; contribute to curriculum development and educational activities related to outpatient, transitional, and interventional psychiatry; participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and CME-accredited Grand Rounds; and engage in scholarly activities appropriate to academic rank.
