Evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychiatric, emotional, or behavioral conditions including personality disorders, suicidality, psychosis, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, developmental disorders, sexual dysfunctions, attention deficit disorder, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, eating disorders, adjustment disorders, and others. The Director of Psychiatry is responsible for achieving the budgeted encounter targets and designs methods that monitor the clinical schedules of assigned staff to ensure that the program appointment schedules are full and that service delivery occurs seamlessly.
