Requirements: The Qualified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner must: meet all regulatory requirements for employment at a Community Mental Health Center in the State of Iowa or Illinois, as required by state and federal law, including successful completion of a criminal background investigation, Illinois CANTS clearance (when applicable), and Office of the Inspector General exclusionary screening. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 30 semester hours (or equivalent quarter hours) in a human services field, including but not limited to psychology, social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, nursing, occupational therapy, or recreational therapy.
