Provide ongoing feedback regarding ASW therapists' performance including clinical quality, productivity, adherence to evidence-based treatment models, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness; Ensure care provided across the team is culturally responsive and outcomes-driven; Lead ongoing clinical 1:1's and consultation team meetings with assigned vIOP ASW therapists and consultation teams; Provide clinical coverage for vIOP individual and group sessions as needed; Other duties as assigned. We are looking for an experienced mental health clinician and leader with a passion for clinical care, quality, supervision, and management to serve as a clinical quality supervisor for our Pediatric virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP), an accelerated, comprehensive care experience that helps young people ages 7 to 25 feel better quickly from the comfort of home.
