The PMHNP will provide psychiatric services to individuals enrolled in our ACT program and collaborate closely with nursing, clinical, substance use, vocational, peer, and other ACT team members. Coordinate with hospitals, primary care providers, pharmacies, and other providers as clinically appropriate.
