SALARY Following the established ETEA Salary Guide ranging from $61,850 to $105,415 for the 2025-26 school year, prorated for days worked, and $64,425 to $105,860 for the 2026-27 school year, prorated for days worked. In order to achieve this requirement, the Board of Education further requires that its educational and employment environment be maintained free from harassment or hostility based upon an individuals race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, age, gender, affectional or sexual orientation, marital status, liability for service in the armed forces of the United States, social or economic condition, or physical or mental condition.
