Signs off lab work, chart documentation, phone calls, patient cases, refills, hospital visits (if applicable), and other paperwork as required using timetables and guidelines as outlined in Procedure CL-048: Chart Completion Procedure. Ability to work effectively as a team, interfacing with patients, their support systems, primary care providers, consulting psychiatrist and mental health specialists, as well as with administrative and support staff.
