Typically gained by at least two years of experience providing direct clinical services, including conducting assessments, psychological testing, therapeutic intervention, diagnosis, counseling, and developing treatment plans for clients/patients in a hospital or community-based setting. Licensure as a psychologist in Idaho in accordance with Idaho Code 54-2307, or Completion of a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program within six months of hire, and Agreement to obtain licensure per Idaho Code 54-2307 within 24 months of hire.
