Sitting within Operational Engineering, you will be the operational voice that carries field reality back upstream identifying points of failure across the portfolio, flagging installation and component decisions that create maintenance risk, and partnering with Construction Electrical Engineering, Energy, and Procurement so those decisions are engineered out of the next site. Summary: As an Electrical Reliability Engineer, you will own the field-side technical integrity of the electrical infrastructure that powers Highland's vehicle depots-from the utility service, switchgear, and transformers to the conductors, surge protection, and chargers that energize our fleets.
