Graduate-level coursework or research qualifying the candidate to teach undergraduate courses in clinical/counseling psychology (e.g., Abnormal Psychology, Introduction to Psychotherapy), graduate-level courses in couples and relationship-focused treatment, and meet California requirements to provide clinical supervision to Marriage and Family Therapy trainees (e.g., licensed or license-eligible psychologist, marriage and family therapist, or professional clinical counselor). Successful candidates will be scientist-practitioners who ground their teaching, clinical supervision, practice, and scholarship in evidence-based practice and demonstrate the potential to mentor and involve undergraduate and graduate students in a sustained program of scholarship appropriate to a teaching-focused university.
