Requirements:Master's degree2+ years of experience working with chronically mentally ill populationsLicensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Masters Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, or Limited Permit holderAbility to provide culturally sensitive and developmentally appropriate careStrong communication, assessment, and organizational skills WORK SCHEDULEThis position offers a full-time hybrid schedule serving individuals and families within the Plainview or Hauppauge, New York area. You'll conduct assessments, develop service plans, coordinate care between CTI and community systems, provide case management, deliver family counseling and psychoeducation services, assist with psychosocial rehabilitation, and respond to crisis situations when needed.
