Develop, implement, and support cross-system collaboration across the criminal justice system to better serve children and adults with serious behavioral and emotional diagnoses through County Mental Health program oversight/monitoring and data tracking/trending analysis that promotes system development and enhancement in collaboration with HealthChoices MCO etc.
p>The Mental Health Clinician II completes specialized psychological testing and assessment of clinical needs of adults sentenced to the Department of Corrections; arrives at diagnoses with precision and accuracy by the end of psychological testing and the evaluation session; develops treatment plans; and makes clinically based decisions regarding appropriateness for treatment, as well as preferred treatment modality. Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
