Additionally, the position assists in assessing and transitioning clients who are referred to the program and in building capacity and competency of BHHA staff and service providers in working successfully with clients with challenging behaviors.
We are searching for professionals with: A Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field from an accredited program AND at least one year of relevant experience designing or implementing comprehensive behavioral therapies for individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors. I have a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field and at least three years of relevant experience designing or implementing comprehensive behavioral therapies for individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.
Together, our 120,000 caregivers (all employees) serve in over 50 hospitals, over 1,000 clinics and a full range of health and social services across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
