Core responsibilities include designing and maintaining analysis pipelines for neuroimaging (functional and structural MRI), psychophysiological, behavioral, and passive sensing data; ensuring best practices for data organization and analysis; performing statistical analyses and generating visualizations for ongoing research projects; and serving as a technical resource for other lab members. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with neuroimaging analysis (e.g., FSL, AFNI, SPM, ANTs, Freesurfer), strong programming skills, experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub), knowledge of basic statistical approaches (e.g., linear regression), strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and excellent.
