QDDP Eligibility = Must meet one of the following criteria: (i) Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy licensed in Virginia, (ii) Registered Nurse licensed in Virginia, (iii) completion of at least a bachelors degree in a human services field including but not limited to, (sociology, social work, special education, rehabilitation counseling, psychology), and two years of documented experience working directly with individuals who have mental intellectual disability, or other developmental disabilities) or (QIDCM Eligibility = Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university and at least one year of documented experience working directly with individuals who have mental intellectual disability, or other developmental disabilities and completion of the DBHDS orientation manual.). The CSB provides clinical supervision for employees who are registered as licensed eligible mental health in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
