Prepare regulatory comments, testimony, position papers, briefings, presentations, and member Lead ACA's engagement with MSHA, OSHA, and other relevant agencies and maintain key stakeholder Advance long-term policy priorities, including appropriate alignment of cement manufacturing oversight between MSHA and OSHA.OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY COMMITTEE LEADERSHIPServe as staff secretary and principal staff liaison to ACA's Occupational Health and Safety Plan and execute the Committee's semiannual meetings and ensure timely follow-Work with Committee leadership to develop consensus positions, priorities, and work RISK MANAGEMENT & MEMBER SERVICESDevelop benchmarking, peer-exchange, education, and information-sharing initiatives addressing common operational risks.
