This position establishes, administers, and continually refines that process by initiating the review process for each bill, notifying and informing the Budget team, the Director, and relevant division policy leads so that a policy analysis and a technical review of implementation challenges begin at the same time as the Budget team's fiscal analysis, rather than sequentially, setting and tracking deadlines, and ensuring bills and amendments are reviewed in a timely manner.
