The ability to assess community needs, set goals and objectives, coordinate programming with community partners, and effectively administer evidence-based prevention programs in schools for students, grades 3 through 12, is essential. This is a professional level position in the field of public health education with responsibility for planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of health education programs and strategies related to the prevention of youth substance use and abuse.
