To develop and implement practices, processes, and policies that ensure the highest level of customer service is always provided to all guests, internal customers and other outside parties while protecting the company’s assets and complying with all Federal, State, and Tribal laws, rules, and regulations. This position requires intense and exacting mental and visual attention, ability to manage stress appropriately, make decisions under pressure, and manage anger, fear, hostility, and violence of others appropriately.
