Responsible for leading, prioritizing and integrating all activities of the group's Engineers in charge of reviewing and validating repair procedures/special tools, product complaints, recovery and analysis of warranty parts, analysis of Field Data (survey, Techline, FSE, other), reporting of any existing systematic product problems and the development of countermeasures for (a) field repairs and (b) production in coordination with HMG. Responsible for leadership and strategic direction of the Genesis System and Model Line Engineering teams, with accountability for new-model and current-model quality assurance, field issue resolution, and continuous improvement of the Genesis customer ownership experience.
