Manages various public works and stormwater projects; manages the City's preventive maintenance program for facilities, right of way, and fleet; manages facilities and right of way maintenance activities and develops project schedules; building repair/maintenance, irrigation system maintenance, electrical system repair/maintenance, equipment operation, develops and coordinates City facilities. The Director plans, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates departmental operations to ensure the effective maintenance and preservation of the City's infrastructure, public assets, parks, facilities, stormwater systems, and municipal fleet.
