Effectively able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Valid TWIC to enter port facilitiesPreferred Job Requirements 5 years of experience as a Master, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer, OR an experienced US Coast Guard Marine Inspector.
