As the Associate Director of AI Enablement in the Enterprise Engineering Enablement organization, you will play a crucial role in building Humana''s Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC) - an AI-native software delivery platform program with four dedicated tracks, a published governance framework, and hard targets for reuse, uptime, cost, and regulatory defensibility in a HIPAA-regulated environment. The ideal candidate for this role will need to have a unique mix of leadership experience, proficiency with applying modern Agile, Engineering, and DevOps practices to enable software delivery, strong public speaking skills, and be exceptional at leading people through change.
