Our content is built on proprietary data; you need to understand it well enough to tell stories with it.</li><li><strong>Smart and high agency. </strong>You learn fast, take ownership, and don’t wait to be told what to do. When something isn’t working, you diagnose it and fix it. You’re the kind of person who brings solutions, not questions.</li></ul><div>Nice to Have:</div><ul><li><strong>B2B or SaaS content experience. </strong>You’ve created content for a technical or data-driven B2B audience before.</li><li><strong>Experience with A/B testing or CRO. </strong>You know what a p-value is and why someone would test a headline. Not required; we’ll teach you.</li><li><strong>Track record of audience growth. </strong>You can point to a LinkedIn profile, YouTube channel, or newsletter you helped grow from small to meaningful.</li><li><strong>Video production awareness. </strong>You don’t need to shoot or edit, but understanding what makes a good thumbnail, a strong cold open, and an engaging video structure will make you more effective.</li></ul><br/><h3>What You'll Get</h3><br/><ul><li><strong>Growth path. </strong>We invest heavily in developing our people and promote almost exclusively from within.
