The position requires strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements and subcontract program compliance, including experience supporting small business subcontracting plans, Individual Subcontracting Reports (ISRs), Summary Subcontracting Reports (SSRs), and related compliance reporting. This role partners and works closely with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to identify business needs, evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate timely delivery of critical, complex, and high-value parts, equipment, materials, and services.
