Participate in post-placement contract administration, including but not limited to the following: continuous communication with supplier, negotiating and placing purchase order amendments, proactively following contract line items and special contract clauses, processing supplier shipping documents and invoices, preparing reports as needed to support requirements and/or stakeholder requests, and processing purchase order close-out documentation in a timely manner. The individual should possess the following attributes to complete the essential duties: questioning attitude, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple competing priorities, complete work efforts in accordance with established schedules and team effectively with peers and management.
