Responsibilities:
SUMMARY:             This position is responsible for activities associated with purchasing and expediting to meet requirements of the KGP Logistics business plan. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="margin-bottom:0in">The Buyer is responsible for entering new purchase orders for direct shipment (drop ships) to our customers.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">The Buyer is responsible for entering purchase orders for the manufacturing/AWT locations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">The Buyer is responsible for responding to inquiries regarding the status of purchase orders and resolving discrepancies such as quantity, order multiples, pricing or PID issues.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">The Buyer is responsible for direct ship purchase order maintenance in Navision. This includes canceling, adjusting, and resending purchase orders to our suppliers as necessary.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">The Buyer is responsible for addressing CRM Activities and also creating and assigning activities when required.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">The Buyer will be utilizing Microsoft Office, Access, Navision, CRM and the SRRS Report Server.                                                    </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Performs other duties as requested by Procurement Supervisor.</li></ul> Safety Duties & Responsibilities:<ul><li> Adhere to, promote, and accept responsibility for compliance to Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, Industry Consensus Standards, and KGP Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual. • Participate in job site safety/hazard analysis.</li></ul>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Qualifications:
