In this capacity, you will assist our lead agents by delivering exceptional support to clients during property viewings, ensuring buyers remain well-informed and confident throughout every step of the purchasing journey.</p><p>This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, dedicated to building meaningful client relationships, and driven to advance their career in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting.</p><p><strong>Important:</strong> This role is commission-based, and candidates must possess a valid real estate license at the time of hire.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis </li><li>Host a minimum of two open houses each month </li><li>Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments </li><li>Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines </li><li>Take part in team events and activities as outlined by team standards </li><li>Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls </li><li>Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection </li><li>Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients </li><li>Utilize PLACE Technology to monitor client interactions and track activities</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. The role will also source and negotiate the best quality goods and services for the company, securing the most economically advantageous outcome. In addition, the role will support the Supply Chain function globally with respect to training and review/enhancement of ERP system functionality and policies and procedures.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><p><u>Purchasing & Contract Negotiation</u></p><ul><li>Obtains and reviews quotes through a variety of processes, from informal RFQ (Request for Quotation), through to full tendering and evaluation.</li><li>Obtains best value for money for purchases undertaken through effective negotiation with potential suppliers; maintains the quality requirements of the business in relation to procurement activities and applies best industry practice.</li><li>Initiates purchase orders and works with suppliers to monitor and/or expedite delivery; conducts follow-up with suppliers to resolve any delivery, quality, or cost problems.</li><li>Communicates product delivery issues quickly and across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Engages, supports and obtains agreement from key stakeholders in respect of Supply Chain contract implementation.</li><li>Continually strives to lower material costs, improve supplier quality and delivery, and reduce the supplier base by working supplier rationalization projects.</li><li>Pursues supplier consolidation or tiered supplier models and negotiates contracts with a view to reduce cost and obtain the best possible terms and conditions.</li></ul><p><u>Business Process & Data Analyst</u></p><ul><li>Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of business unit/functional group business processes and the information/data required and generated by these processes.</li><li>Collaborates with other areas of the business to gather, consolidate, and analyse data to prepare business cases for business process changes, supplier sourcing and negotiations, and make vs. buy decision making.</li><li>Comprehends and reacts to reports on the following measures of performance for assigned inventory and/or supplies: overall stock levels; inventory turns; aged inventory; due date compliance; shortages; cost savings opportunities.</li><li>Produces a variety of ad-hoc reporting.
