Essential Experience- 8+ years in Purchase to Pay, procurement operations, or accounts payable management roles- Proven track record leading and scaling P2P operations in high-growth, fast-paced environments- Strong experience with process design, automation, and system optimization- Deep understanding of P2P controls, compliance frameworks, and best practices- Experience managing both transactional teams and strategic vendor relationships- Demonstrated ability to implement ERP systems or major process changes successfully. System & Data Management- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of P2P systems (ERP, procurement platforms, payment solutions)- Lead data governance initiatives, including master data management for suppliers, cost centers, and GL coding- Maintain clean, auditable transactional data across all P2P systems- Implement reporting and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into spend, compliance, and operational KPIs.
