In addition to overseeing procurement operations, the Vice President, Procurement and Purchasing plays a direct role in post‑award administration by maintaining PO alignment, managing spend controls, reviewing exceptions and coordinating resolutions with Finance, Legal, and Vendor Management. Develop and analyze procurement and purchasing spend data to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend process improvements that strengthen efficiency, compliance, and internal controls; collaborate with Vendor Management on contract-level utilization and performance insights.
