Collaborates with the Regional Operations Center, regional facility clinical leadership, Regional Chief Medical Officer, Care Management Team, and other regional leaders to enhance care coordination, facilitate timely patient transfers and transitions of care, and support the delivery of appropriate care within patients' local communities whenever clinically appropriate. Leads health system regional clinical initiatives through a collaborative approach by providing operational consultation, guidance, and subject matter expertise to promote the adoption of best practices in clinical services, nursing practice, quality improvement, patient safety, and patient care delivery across the continuum of care.
