Position Summary: The Supply Chain Specialist position is responsible for source selection and procurement functions directly associated with the Company's needs for materials and services, fixed assets and tooling, and production materials and services. These products and services are to be secured at cost, quality, and delivery competitive levels consistent with the open market. The position is further responsible for the timely planning, scheduling of receipt and inventory control of the products and services.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Due to the nature of this position onsite regular attendance is required.</li><li>Manage all aspects of the commodities and part numbers assigned to agent’s buyer code.</li><li>Follow MRP reports and place purchase orders to stay ahead of lead times.</li><li>Manage lead times on components so the system accurately reflects market conditions.</li><li>Confirm all delivery dates on purchase orders and keep Acumatica updated with vendor commitments.</li><li>Manage move out/move in reports as needed. Contact suppliers regularly to better their commitments.</li><li>Manage transportation costs and minimize, when possible, only shipping premium when product is critical for production.</li><li>Support drops in material requirements due to customer requests, inventory discrepancies, and work order needs.</li><li>Work A/P Variance Reports to resolve discrepancies between invoice and purchase order.</li><li>Manage Discrepancy Reports (DR’s) to cycle defective inventory back to the suppliers for repair, credit, or replacement.</li><li>Manage standard costs for all parts listed on agent’s buyer code. At end of each year, work through each part so standard is accurately set to the current price of the part.</li><li>Support Quotefx and other requests for quote for new business.</li><li>Review bid proposals and support supplier selection on new and existing business.</li><li>Maintain a solid business relationship with key suppliers to assure we are receiving the most competitive pricing, terms, MOQ’s and lead times.</li><li>Maintain connectivity with market conditions and new suppliers, technologies and purchasing practices as a check and balance to Dynalab current practices.</li><li>Maintain open communication with other departments and divisions of Dynalab to resolve material problems.</li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a SCPFO Procurement Analyst for an onsite position in New Albany, OH. <ul><li>Supports Procurement Consultants, Procurement Specialists, and Category Managers in the execution of contracting initiatives. </li><li>Supports analytical work including but not limited to risk considerations, pricing, total cost of ownership, demand planning, and reporting.</li><li>Support procurement and the transmission line business unit in the full contract lifecycle.</li><li>Draft, review and negotiate moderately complex contracts and related documents (master services agreements, purchase orders, SOWs, NDAs, and other agreements).</li><li>Administer the full contract lifecycle, intake, approvals, signature/execution (DocuSign), performance monitoring, amendments, renewals, and closeout.</li><li>Ensure contractual arrangements mitigate commercial and legal risks while working with stakeholders (e.g. legal, risk, insurance credit risk).</li><li>Support the category manager in defining appropriate payment terms and schedules, milestones, freight terms, and act as the liaison between the business unit partners and the supplier.</li><li>Establishes effective relationships with business partners and suppliers to support category strategies aligned to corporate objectives.</li><li>Coordinates with key suppliers and business partners on the delivery of high-value manufactured equipment and materials, including price escalation and cost containment provisions.</li></ul>Basic Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or other related field; OR 4 years of relevant work experience.</li><li>In addition to any experience required above, 3 years of relevant customer service and/or procurement experience required.</li><li>Experience in material and equipment purchasing. </li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills desired.</li><li>Familiarity with Maximo and Docu Sign preferred. </li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) desired with an ability to communicate with business partners, stakeholders, and suppliers.</li></ul>
