Apply process engineering and Toyota Production System (TPS) principles in partnership with Supplier teams, using data-driven analysis of KPIs (e.g., throughput, cycle time, OEE, FPY/yield, scrap/rework, and defect PPM) to identify loss drivers, prioritize countermeasures, and validate stable, capable processes (e.g., SPC, Cp/Cpk) that meet quality and launch readiness targets. Must have a minimum of 2+ years professional experience from Manufacturing, Quality or Engineering developing one or more of the following processes: Molding processes; Electronics Soldering; Casting, Forging (Aluminum & Iron); Machining, Milling, Heat Treatment; Stamping, Welding, and Materials including Steel, Aluminum, Resins, Paint, Rubber.
