Demonstrated systems/application integration experience designing and implementing reliable, secure integrations between ECM platforms and enterprise/line-of-business systems across a range of protocols and patterns, including SOAP/web services (WSDL, XML), REST APIs (JSON), GraphQL, and messaging/event-driven or batch patterns - covering both producing and consuming services for third-party applications, content services, and ECM platform capabilities across on-premises and cloud environments. Experience developing enterprise ECM solutions on Doxis, FileNet, OpenText, Documentum, etc., including content services, workflow/case management, records management, and custom application development, to present efficient and fault-tolerant user interface (UI) design and workflow in accordance with best practices and limitations of the application, databases, content/site ownership features, data retention and loss prevention, backups, and archiving.
