The Tax Managing Director, Transaction Advisory Services is an essential team member that will team with the west region transaction advisory principals to grow the practice and will lead teams responsible for traditional large firm M&A tax consulting (deal structuring, due diligence, post-deal integration, tax attribute management, and other special projects). The annual allocation to the ESOP is fully funded by BDO through investments in company stock and grants employees the chance to grow their wealth over time as their shares vest and grow in value with the firm’s success, with no employee contributions.
